Your Customer’s Sales Funnel
How Buyers Subscribe to Your Platform
Standard path (most common)
- Landing Page → A visitor reads your promise, sees featured agents, and clicks your primary CTA (e.g., “Get started”).
- Sign-up → They enter name + email to create an account.
- Checkout → They add card details and subscribe at the price you set in Pricing.
- Access → They’re taken straight into your AI platform (your brand).
- Money-back window → If they don’t cancel within 14 days, the subscription continues.
- Renewals → The plan then auto-renews monthly until they cancel.
Variations you can use
- Direct checkout link: Skip the Landing Page and send prospects straight to checkout (best for warm leads and promos).
- Landing Page first: Use the LP to educate and pre-sell, then route to checkout (best for cold traffic and ads).
What you configure
- Message & proof: On the Landing Page (headline, outcomes, featured agents, CTA).
- Price & plan name: In Pricing (the amount your customers pay).
- Checkout experience: In Checkout (guarantee block, trust badges, FAQ, and optional conversion booster).
Good practice
- Keep one clear CTA on the Landing Page.
- Match LP promise ↔️ agent outcomes shown in Product.
- Use the checkout guarantee and badges to reduce friction.
- For warm audiences, test sending the checkout link directly.
Payout timing (when you receive funds)
- 14-day money-back window: Each new customer payment is held during their refund period.
- Available to withdraw: After day 14, that transaction moves into your Balance in Finance.
- How to get paid: Go to Finance → Pay out funds to transfer money to your bank (make sure your Payout Information is completed).
This keeps the experience risk-free for your buyer while giving you predictable, transparent payouts.
