Manage your Customers
Use Customers to see who subscribed to your AI Agents Platform, understand their usage at a glance, and take simple actions like exporting data.
Where to find it
From your Admin panel: Home → Customers.
What you’ll see
The Customers table is your source of truth for accounts on your platform:
- Organization — Your customer’s company or workspace name.
- Email — Primary contact for the account.
- Seats — How many members they’ve added (their active seat count).
- Status — Current subscription state (e.g., active, canceled).
- Created At — The date the account started.
At the top-right you’ll also find:
- Export — Download the full customer list to a CSV for CRM or analysis.
- Open Product — Jump to your live product preview (useful when you want to see exactly what customers experience).
Find and segment customers
- Search by name/email — Type to instantly filter rows.
- Filter by status — Focus on active, canceled, or other states to prioritize outreach.
Common workflows
- Quick health check: Sort by Created At to see new signups, or by Seats to spot high-value orgs.
- Churn follow-up: Filter Status = canceled, export, and run a targeted save/win-back campaign.
- Growth targeting: Filter Seats = 1 to find orgs ready for an “add teammates” nudge.
How Customers relates to Finance
Customers shows who is on your platform.
Finance shows money movement tied to those customers (payments, your earnings, payouts, and balance).
If you need transaction details, payout timing, or totals, go to Home → Finance.
Reminder: Payout availability follows your refund window. Funds appear as payable only after that window clears.
Tips & best practices
- Keep notes in your CRM: Use the export to enrich your pipeline with status/seat data.
- Watch early signals: New orgs with 0 seats may need onboarding nudges; orgs adding seats are prime for case studies.
- Pair with Missions: If usage looks low, point owners to Missions and the Product preview to spark momentum.
